Here's what we do to keep your data secure.
In order to prevent data loss, we continuously backup our database to an offsite location. Base backups are made nightly and incremental backups run every few minutes. We conduct regular disaster recovery tests.
Supercede always uses TLS across the entire website to prevent eavesdropping and forgery. We frequently review our TLS configuration and make appropriate updates in the unlikely case new vulnerabilities are discovered.
Our server infrastructure is provided by Amazon Web Services who keep all servers up to date with the latest security and performance patches. We run regular rolling deployments to ensure our software and its dependencies are running on the latest versions.
Supercede runs world-wide monitoring services to supervise our 24x7x365 infrastructure. We are alerted of any downtime, performance impairment, or server errors. If we detect problems with your account, we will contact you immediately by email.
We do not share your data with anyone except for limited cases to help collect feedback and track application bugs. Supercede does not generate revenue from advertising or selling your personal data to third parties. Sensitive data such as passwords are never logged. For more information, see our privacy policy.
Supercede is ISO 27001 certified and A+ rated by Mozilla Observatory and SSL Labs. We conduct regular penetration testing and vulnerability scanning with external providers. Information security is written into every team member's objectives.
